Central Location and Great Staff

The location of this hotel is excellent, right in the centre. Staff members at the reception were very friendly. My room overlooked the garden. This provided a calm view. I also found parking on site.
The fire alarm went off twice within a short time. We waited outside the fire exit. I did not see a fire marshal sweep or get instructions to return to the hotel.

the breakfast had some good options, specifically the honey comb.
The room was not up to par. There were stains on the carpet. the bathroom also felt unclean, especially the dark stains and limescale. i probably would not book here again because of this.
